ABOUT

The house is situated in the South West of Iceland, next to Gíslholtsvatn. It is a two story house that sits in a sloped landscape. The lower floor is a concrete base and the upper floor consists of four joined volumes. These volumes are clad with copper. The spaces are bright and with high ceiling and the facade facing the lake is fully open to offer a great view over the beautiful scenery.
